讲几点感受：天津分会的成立，在我们整个国际海洋摄影协会发展进步过程当中，在分会成立的各个组织当中。创造了五个第一。这五个第一，可以概括为天时、地利、人和。孟子说的天时怎么理解呢？不是说今天太阳艳阳高照晴朗，不是这个意思。今年2021年，是我们党成立100周年。我们党100周年的时候，就诞生了一个天津分会，属牛。4月份，又是中国海军诞生日--4月23号，同庚,在同一个月里的4月29号天津分会诞生了。春天，是一年之际在于春，万物勃发、春意盎然。所以，从这三点上说，天时具备非常丰满、非常有意义。
那地利是什么呢？地利，也不仅仅是说我天津卫怎么样。天津的海河是九河下梢，有五条大河，还有数不清的小河，在天津汇聚成海河。我还特别认真查了查，全世界把河叫海的只有这一条，很独特！这个地利，还在于党的18大以后，党中央国家政府推行的京津冀国家战略。天津是重要的核心区，他的地位仅仅次于首都，是首都的门户，人杰地灵。
通过我们到天津来考察，通过参与天津分会的成立，天津的地利还有很多故事，就不更多的占用大家时间了。我们重点说说这个人和，这个人和在天津分会体现得非常突出、非常充分。最早的发起人是警备区干休所的尹海政委，他找了他的老师孙德琪，孙德琪老师又邀请了李瑞雨老师。师徒三代，他们在很短的时间里，高速度的筹备了天津分会，这和天时也有关系。我们来天津搞了两天的采风活动，在这两天时间里，我们进一步的零距离的深刻的和天津的朋友沟通、交往、聊家常，对天津的人和又有了新的认识。
这次天津分会的副主席陈宝龙及吕增仁先生全程陪同我们，我们参加过不少旅游项目。这样高级的、高品位的、高档次的导游，我们从来没有享受过。天津人的那种热情、真诚、善良、幽默在他们二位身上表现的、表达的淋漓尽致，那种亲切感使我们感到非常的温暖。在考察当中的我又发现了两件事，就是天津分会的特点。这五个一，刚才说了一个速度，一个多月的时间筹备工作落成了。一个多月就发展了一百多位摄影会员。这在我们海洋摄影协会创会的历史上也是创纪录的。很符合当前社会发展这个形式和速度要求。
下面我给大家提几点建议，有关总会和我们总会在国际组织的联络和发展，还分别由秘书长和任树高老师给大家介绍，我觉得我们这个会，要能够走的远、走的长、走的健康，希望我们大家牢牢的抓好三个建设：
第一个建设就是政治思想建设，简称为政治建设。这在我们国家当前民主、腾飞，我们第二个100年等等发展的总要求当中，这一条是首要的要求，是硬任务，不能马虎，不能含糊。为什么呢，政治建设、政治立场、政治形象是我们的立会之本。如果这条弱化了甚至淡化了，我们将无法在祖国的大地上，挺直腰杆阔步前进。这一条我们不要做自己的文章，就是跟中央保持一致，增强四个意识，坚持四个自信，做到到两个维护，这就不展开讲了。
有机会我们希望通过各种采风活动、做函授活动甚至培训活动，可以和我们团体的党日活动结合起来。不是非得和大家住在一起讲党课，比如说我们去盐场采风，那个展览那就是现代中国民族史的一个缩影。很受教育，只要你去了只要你愿意听，只要你听进去了,它就会达到自我教育的效果。
第二个，是组织建设。我们要发展,要进步，应该不断的扎实的扩大我们的队伍。我们这个队伍建设可以有若干标准，比如说遵纪守法，比如说团结互助、比如说取长补短等，在这点上，在政治形象的基础上，在全社会面前，甚至将来我们有比较多的国际交流和活动的机会时候，要特别注意我们自身的形象。我代表我们分会我也代表我们总会，我代表中国人！比如说我们去采风，我们去旅游，我们搞什么活动，不要说穿的一个摄影背心的我们随地吐痰啦，随便扔烟头或者是破坏环境、污染环境啦，这些都应该尽量的或者是完全的避免。我们的形象是摄影人、摄影师、摄影家，都是爱美的都是崇尚美的，所以我们对自己的要求也要美。这个队伍建设可以发挥我们为建设海洋强国，为全社会普及和提高摄影艺术、技术做出我们的贡献，摸索经验、探索道路，树立我们的形象，体现我们的价值。
最后一条就是艺术建设。也就是在各行各业必须重视的自身的业务建设。我们前面两个建设很好，没有摄影艺术，没有高度没有影响我们也立不住，我们就不能叫摄影协会。在这方面，我们全国各个分会可以开展广泛的艺术、学术、美学的交流，这和刚才提到的天时有关系。正在我们举办今天揭牌仪式的前两天，中国国际海洋摄影协会的这个官网正式开办了，正式上网了。这也诞生在我们2021年4月份，不更多占用大家的时间了，应该说想说的话很多，最后代表总会、代表我们全会的所有影友，祝贺我们今天的揭牌仪式取得圆满成功！

A few feelings: The establishment of the Tianjin branch is in the development and progress of our entire International Ocean Photography Association, among the various organizations established by the branch. Created five firsts. These five firsts can be summarized as the right time, the right place, and the harmony of people. How do you understand Mencius's Tianshi? It's not that the sun is shining brightly today, that's not what I mean. This year 2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of our party. At the 100th anniversary of our party, a Tianjin branch was born, which belongs to the ox. April was the birth day of the Chinese Navy-April 23. Tong Geng, the Tianjin branch was born on April 29 in the same month. Spring is the occasion of a year. Spring is spring, everything is blooming and spring is full of meaning. Therefore, from these three points, Tianshi is very full and meaningful.
What is the geographical advantage? The geographical advantage is not just to say how I am in Tianjin Wei. The Haihe River in Tianjin is the lower tip of the Nine Rivers. There are five large rivers and countless small rivers that converge into the Haihe River in Tianjin. I also checked it very carefully. The only one that calls the river the sea in the world is very unique! This geographical advantage also lies in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei national strategy promoted by the Party Central and the State Government after the 18th National Congress of the Party. Tianjin is an important core area. Its status is second only to the capital, and it is the gateway to the capital with outstanding people.
Through our visit to Tianjin and participating in the establishment of the Tianjin branch, there are still many stories about Tianjin’s geographical advantages, so it won’t take up more of your time. Let's focus on this person and, this person and in the Tianjin branch is very prominent and very full. The earliest initiator was Yin Hai, the political commissar of the Garrison Zone. He sought out his teacher Sun Deqi, and Sun Deqi invited Li Ruiyu. Three generations of masters and apprentices, they prepared the Tianjin branch at a high speed in a short period of time, which has something to do with Tianshi. We came to Tianjin for two days of gathering activities. In these two days, we further communicated, socialized, and chatted with our friends in Tianjin, and gained a new understanding of Tianjin's people.
This time, the vice chairmen of the Tianjin branch, Mr. Chen Baolong and Mr. Lu Zengren, accompanied us throughout. We have participated in many tourism projects. We have never enjoyed such a high-class, high-grade, high-end tour guide. The enthusiasm, sincerity, kindness, and humor of Tianjin people were expressed in their two bodies and expressed vividly, and that kind of intimacy made us feel very warm. During the inspection, I discovered two more things, which are the characteristics of the Tianjin branch. These five ones, I just mentioned a speed, and the preparatory work was completed in more than a month. More than one hundred photography members have been developed in just over a month. This is also a record in the history of the establishment of our Ocean Photography Association. It is in line with the requirements of the current form and speed of social development.
The third is education. Where is education embodied? As far as I know Teacher Li, Teacher Sun, Zhang Sheng from Jizhou, and Cao Guoqing from Hangu Saltworks, I have learned all about them. They are all teachers who lead students and apprentices for advanced training. The whole world is full of peaches and plums. The third feature of Tianjin Branch.
The fourth feature is that the Tianjin branch is the first to establish a party organization among all of our branches. A branch appointed by the party secretary. This is very much in line with the general requirements of the whole party for party history study and education this year, and the hard requirements of the Central Organization Department for social organizations to strengthen party building since the 18th National Congress.
The fifth point is the academic research and theoretical discussion of photographic art. The Tianjin branch is ahead. We are considering building the theoretical (academic) research department of the whole association with the Tianjin branch as the leader, foundation and backbone. It is our association. An important symbol of artistic level, it is also an important manifestation of its influence on domestic and foreign images. On behalf of the association, I would like to express my gratitude to the Tianjin branch for its work foundation and contribution in this regard! "These five points are briefly mentioned.
Let me give you a few suggestions below. Regarding the liaison and development of the association and our association in international organizations, the Secretary-General and Mr. Ren Shugao will introduce to you respectively. I think our association must be able to go far and go. Long and healthy walking, I hope we all will firmly grasp the three constructions:
The first construction is political and ideological construction, referred to as political construction for short. This is among the general requirements of our country’s current democracy, take-off, our second 100 years, and so on. This is the primary requirement and a hard task. It cannot be sloppy or vague. Why? Political construction, political stance, and political image are the foundation of our legislature. If this is weakened or even faded, we will not be able to stride forward on the land of the motherland. We don’t want to write our own article on this one. We just keep in line with the central government, strengthen the four consciousnesses, adhere to the four self-confidence, and achieve the two safeguards.
With the opportunity, we hope that through various gathering activities, doing correspondence activities and even training activities, it can be combined with our group’s party day activities. It’s not that we have to live with everyone and give party lessons. For example, we go to the salt farm to collect folklore. The exhibition is a microcosm of modern Chinese national history. Very educated, as long as you go as long as you are willing to listen, as long as you listen in, it will achieve the effect of self-education.
The second is organization building. If we want to develop and make progress, we should continuously and solidly expand our team. Our team building can have a number of standards, such as observing discipline and law, such as solidarity and mutual assistance, such as learning from each other's strengths, etc., at this point, on the basis of political image, in front of the whole society, and even in the future, we will have more international When opportunities for communication and activities, we must pay special attention to our own image. I represent our branch, I also represent our general association, and I represent the Chinese! For example, when we go to collect wind, we go to travel, what activities do we do, don’t put it bluntly, we spit on a photography vest, throw cigarette butts or damage the environment or pollute the environment. These should be avoided as much as possible or completely avoided. . Our images are photographers, photographers, and photographers, all who love beauty and admire beauty, so we have to be beautiful in our own requirements. This team building can give full play to our contribution to building a maritime power, popularizing and improving photography art and technology for the whole society, exploring experience, exploring roads, establishing our image and reflecting our values.
The last one is art construction. That is, the construction of its own business that must be paid attention to in all walks of life. The first two of us are very well built. Without photographic art, without height, we can’t stand, and we can’t be called the Photography Association. In this regard, the various branches of our country can carry out a wide range of artistic, academic, and aesthetic exchanges, which has something to do with the time mentioned just now. Two days before we held today’s unveiling ceremony, the official website of China International Ocean Photography Association was officially launched and it was officially online. This was also born in April 2021. It will not take up more of everyone's time. There should be a lot of things I want to say.
