热烈祝贺中国国际海洋摄影协会天津分会成立

Congratulations on the establishment of Tianjin Branch of China International Association of marine photography

      中国国际海洋摄影协会，是国家自然资源部中国太平洋学会郑和海洋文化分会主管的民间社团组织。是中国唯一以海洋为主题的国际性社团摄影艺术组织；协会于2009年10月在北京正式揭牌成立。其前身是“中国海洋摄影协会”，2014年更名为“中国国际海洋摄影协会”。

       目前，协会已拥有国内外会员千余人，中外著名摄影家数十名，已经成立由有北京、广东、广西、海南、香港、福建、陕西、天津等13个分会。

         China International Association of marine photography is a non-governmental organization in charge of Zheng He marine culture branch of China Pacific Society, Ministry of natural resources of the people's Republic of China. It is the only international photographic art organization with the theme of ocean in China; The association was officially established in Beijing in October 2009. Its predecessor was "China Association of marine photography", which was renamed "China International Association of marine photography" in 2014.  At present, the association has more than 1000 members at home and abroad, dozens of famous photographers at home and abroad, and has established 13 branches in Beijing, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hong Kong, Fujian, Shaanxi and Tianjin.

       2021年4月29日上午，中国国际海洋摄影协会在天津锦龙国际酒店隆重举行天津分会揭牌仪式。来自全国各分会代表、天津会员代表，百余人参加了揭牌仪式。

      On the morning of April 29, 2021, the China International Association of marine photography solemnly held the opening ceremony of Tianjin Branch in Jinlong international hotel. More than 100 representatives from all branches of the country and Tianjin members attended the opening ceremony.

       中国国际海洋摄影协会孟昭澄主席致辞，他对天津分会的成立表示衷心的祝贺，并提出几点希望。

      Meng Zhaocheng, President of China International Association of marine photography, delivered a speech. He expressed his heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of Tianjin branch and put forward some hopes.

       中国国际海洋摄影协会顾问兼天津分会主席李瑞雨先生讲话，他对中国国际海洋摄影协会为天津分会的成立给与的支持表示感谢，他相信天津分会将随中国国际海洋摄影协会这艘航母起航远征，为中国海洋摄影事业贡献力量，和各地分会在总会的领导下共创海洋摄影事业的辉煌！ 

       Mr. Li Ruiyu, consultant of China International Association of marine photography and chairman of Tianjin Branch, made a speech.        中国国际海洋摄影协会秘书长曹彩云讲话，她对中国国际海洋摄影协会的组织情况作了简单的介绍。

       Cao Caiyun, Secretary General of China International Association of marine photography, made a speech. She gave a brief introduction to the organization of China International Association of marine photography.

      中国国际海洋摄影协会顾问任树高讲话，他对中国国际海洋摄影协会在国际上的交流做了介绍。中国国际海洋摄影协会是联合国教科文组织承认的“国际摄影艺术联合会”（FIAP）的地方成员组织（ILFIAP），是中国文化部批准的“丝路国家摄影组织国际联盟”（SRPOIA）成员 。

       Ren Shugao, consultant of China International Association of marine photography, made a speech, introducing the international exchanges of China International Association of marine photography. The China International Association of marine photography is a local member organization (ilfiap) of the International Federation of Photographic Arts (fiap) recognized by UNESCO and a member of the International Union of Silk Road photographic organizations (srpoia) approved by the Ministry of culture of China.
