艺普迎小康 文化过大年。在全国上下喜迎全面小康社会和庚子春节之际，2020年1月12日，在美丽的上庄水库湖畔，以“艺普迎小康，文化过大年”为主题的第十七届全民艺术体验日暨上庄文化交流基地启动仪式在北京上庄镇拉开帷幕。

本次活动由全民艺术联盟、北京中国书画协会、长安街书画联谊会、中国文联摄影艺术中心、中国海洋摄影协会会展中心共同主办，由北京艺象教育上庄校区承办，由北京同鑫德业科技有限公司支持。活动口号是：“不负韶华，让艺术之光照亮每一个角落”。活动吸引有政府机关负责人、艺术团体、长安街书画联谊会会员、有关知名艺术家、非遗传承人以及上庄地区群众、学生、新闻媒体近150人参与其中，在这个寒冷的冬季，为喜迎庚子新春，注入了一抹文化艺术的靓丽色彩。

活动旨在推进全民文化自信，只争朝夕，不负韶华，大力开展全民艺术普及，立足公益性、学术性、普及性工作理念，整合高端文化艺术资源，反哺给广大群众特别是北京周边基层，让文化艺术的阳光照亮人民美好新生活，为喜迎2020如期小康社会，助推2020年冬奥会成功举办，提供强大的文化动能和艺术滋养。活动启动仪式由长安街书画联谊会会长郑国峰主持。

迄今为止，“全民艺术体验日”作为大型公益类文化艺术产业交流平台，目前已经举办了17届，共吸引了近几十万名北京市民参加和关注，先后有60多个专业团体、文化机构及新闻媒体加入，累计开展体验项目近百种，近500名书画家、表演艺术家和文化学者参与。体验日活动以文化、时尚、艺术类为主，内容丰富、形式多样，涵盖书画、摄影、美术、手工、设计、舞蹈、音乐等领域的几十种体验活动，并全部免费向市民开放，使基层群众在体验中感知传统精神、提高文化素养。

此次全民艺术联盟整合相关艺术资源，在上庄地区成立北京艺象上庄校区，立足上庄水库区位优势和良好自然生态，开展全民艺术联盟试点工作，大力实施“生态保护+艺术普及+文化赋能”公益工程，服务满足北京各郊县区域群众文化需求，以“夯实美育素养，启迪创造思维”为己任，加强对全民特别是对北京中小学生在艺术培训，达到“艺术感染，感知世界，认知自我，开智启慧”的综合素质提升目的。
