Inauguration of the Training Base of China Ocean Photography Association
2010年07月28日,中国海洋摄影协会北京海洋馆培训基地和广西北海涠洲岛摄影基地在北京海洋馆同时举行签约、揭牌仪式。这两个"基地"的建立,旨在为繁荣大众海洋摄影作品的创作提供理想的学习和实践场所。北京海洋馆、国家海洋局广西北海海洋环境监测中心站以及《北京日报》报业集团发行公司对这两个基地的建立给予了全力支持。
On July 28, the Beijing Aquarium Training Base of the China Ocean Photography Association and the Weizhou Island Photography Base of Guangxi Beihai Sea held the signing and inauguration ceremony at the same time at the Beijing Aquarium. The establishment of these two "bases" aims to provide an ideal learning and practice place for the creation of prosperous public ocean photography works. The Beijing Aquarium, the Guangxi Beihai Marine Environment Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration and the publishing company of the "Beijing Daily" newspaper group gave full support to the establishment of these two bases.
作为国内首个以海洋为主要摄影创作背景的群众文化社团组织，中国海洋摄影协会有计划地组织会员开展海洋摄影和艺术创作活动，并为此积极创造条件。去年，他们与国家海洋局广西北海海洋环境监测中心站就共同建立“中国海洋摄影协会涠洲岛摄影基地”达成一致；不久前，中国海洋摄影协会又与北京海洋馆合作建立“中国海洋摄影协会(北京海洋馆)培训基地”形成共识。
As the first domestic mass cultural organization with the ocean as the main photography creative background, the China Ocean Photography Association organizes its members to carry out marine photography and artistic creation activities in a planned way, and actively creates conditions for this. Last year, they and the Guangxi Beihai Marine Environmental Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration reached an agreement on jointly establishing the "China Ocean Photography Association Weizhou Island Photography Base"; not long ago, the China Ocean Photography Association and Beijing Oceanarium also cooperated to establish the "China Ocean Photography Association" (Beijing Aquarium) training base" reached a consensus.
海洋摄影因其专业性和趣味性备受摄影爱好者向往。为此，中国海洋摄影协会积极准备开展系统化的专业海洋摄影培训。特邀国内著名风光摄影家及国际潜水教练协会等权威专家为培训教师。计划培训内容包括：海洋摄影特点与技巧、水下摄影基础与器材、海洋风光摄影以及在北京海洋馆内由专家指导进行《瞬间--海洋生物》摄影实践与交流活动。
Ocean photography has been longed for by photography enthusiasts because of its professionalism and fun. To this end, the China Ocean Photography Association is actively preparing to carry out systematic professional ocean photography training. Authoritative experts such as famous domestic landscape photographers and the International Diving Instructor Association are specially invited as training teachers. The planned training content includes: marine photography characteristics and skills, underwater photography basics and equipment, marine scenery photography, and the "Moment-Marine Life" photography practice and exchange activities in the Beijing Aquarium under the guidance of experts.
