2018年12月3日，中国国际海洋摄影协会雅森研学大汉上林苑基地创作基地正式挂牌成立了。
On December 3, 2018, the creation base of China International Ocean Photography Association Yasen Research Dahan Shanglinyuan Base was officially established.
中国国际海洋摄影协会是唯一国际性以海洋为主题的民间社团摄影艺术组织；是联合国教科文组织承认的“国际摄影艺术联合会（FIAP）”的地方成员组织（ILFIAP），批准号（2193）；是中国文化部批准的“丝路国家摄影组织国际联盟（SRPOIA）”成员；是世界华侨华人社团联合会的会员。
The China International Ocean Photography Association is the only international civil society photography art organization with the theme of the ocean; it is a local member organization of the "International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP)" recognized by UNESCO (ILFIAP), approval number (2193) ; Member of the "Silk Road National Photographic Organization International Alliance (SRPOIA)" approved by the Ministry of Culture of China; a member of the World Federation of Overseas Chinese and Chinese Associations.

朱正主席介绍了中国国际海洋摄影协会。协会于2009年10月在北京正式揭牌成立。其前身是“中国海洋摄影协会”，2014年更名为“中国国际海洋摄影协会”。
President Zhu Zheng introduced the China International Association of marine photography. The association was officially established in Beijing in October 2009. Its predecessor was "China Association of marine photography", which was renamed "China International Association of marine photography" in 2014.
目前，协会已拥有国内外会员2000余人，各类摄影基地近20处。协会以团结海洋摄影人为己任，以影展影赛影评和组织摄影活动与教育为主要生存形态，将海洋意识通过摄影艺术作品和文化活动传递给社会。
At present, the association has more than 2000 members at home and abroad, and nearly 20 photography bases. The association takes uniting marine photographers as its own responsibility, takes film review of film exhibitions and competitions and organizing photography activities and education as its main form of survival, and transmits marine consciousness to the society through photographic art works and cultural activities.
